Me and Jim have some hard news to share. We originally did not think we were going to post something so personal - but while going through this experience, I feel it’s important to share our story and hopefully help other people going through this same emotional roller coaster. It’s sad, it’s frustrating, it’s scary, and quite frankly it is ROUGH.   Here is our story - We surprisingly found out we were expecting over the Fourth of July, our favorite holiday and our favorite week with our favorite people. Naturally, it felt exciting because it was an awesome time. Nonetheless, we were shocked and terrified because our youngest is five. Quite the age gap when you have three kids in 26 months. Fast forward: On Friday, September 24, 2021, when I was 16 weeks pregnant, we found out we were having our fourth boy. We were excited and not at all surprised haha. We knew it was another boy by my symptoms and how I felt.  September 24 is my moms birthday, and September 23 is my dads birt...

WELCOME BACK! 9/9/2021 First Day of Second Grade and Kindergarten! And more importantly, it’s the first day all of my boys are in the same school for the very first time, EVER!! I’ve been dreaming about this day. I’m so glad they are back in school and all together. :) Caden, Cal and Conor: Walking to the bus stop! Conor James Caden Francis Cal Thomas  Three bros  Cal - “Mom, this is too heavy for my arms!!” Mom: “Cal, do something fun!” (He danced)  Big second graders - FWIW, Conor and Caden ask to dress the same - in case you were all wondering. They often say they like to try and “trick” people. Plus, they are in different classes so their teachers will have zero issues knowing who is who. :) Mom- “Caden, do something fun!”  Mom- “Conor, do something fun” hahahaha. This kid  Waiting for the bus that never came! Hahaha first day chaos right?! Papa and Grammy stopped by for some fun All for now! HAPPY FIRST DAY BOYS!!! I’m so, so proud of you all.  xo, Sha...

Roblar Winery - 9/4/2021 Nicole and Kam had the most beautiful, intimate, personal wedding I’ve ever attended. It was a weekend filled with events including wine tastings with unbelievably gorgeous backdrops, perfect weather, personal touches, and memories to last a lifetime.  We arrived at LAX Friday morning and spent Friday afternoon at Sunstone Winery (not pictured) where Nicole and Kam got engaged a few years ago. They had a lovely set up in this cave-like venue with different wine options which was beautiful. It allowed the guests to mingle and chat while we geared up for the wedding ahead. Later that evening, we relocated to Roblar Farm, pictured below, for the rehearsal/welcome dinner. The bride and groom stayed on site at a Roblar Farm at a gorgeous mansion where they each were able to get ready for the wedding.  The dinner ambiance and setting at Roblar Farm was literally pulled out of a magazine. Picture it: grapes dangling down above our heads while we had a M...
