Shaz by the Sea

While there are SO many more memories and photos than I have, here's a quick trip down memory lane... Starting with a pic of him and his siblings in presumably the late 1950s and then early 1960s??  Joan - help me out with these. :) Then a pic of the Callahan cousins in the early 1990s at Papa's house in Waltham. 2007 at my cousin Kristin's wedding. This was before Cal! On June 4 of this year, Jim and I hosted a little BBQ while Patrick and Michael were here in MA. They came up to MA from DC and went to a Sox game. There are SO many fun fall activities going on this season. I wanted to write about my favorites around the Boston area. Several of my friends have asked where the best spots are for apple picking or hayrides. I have written about some already, but here is a list that includes some of my local fall favorites north of Boston - anything from my favorite local coffee spot, to corn mazes, apple picking, and farms. But first, coffee… Boston King Coffee First things first. As a mom of three boys under two, I need serious caffeine these days. Where do I stop for the BEST cup of coffee and favorite fall beverages? Boston King Coffee of course! All my local friends absolutely love it. Their coffee, espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos are honestly amazing. The coffee beans are from Italy. Cal Thomas Phelan was baptized on Sunday, 10/2 at St. Charles Church in Woburn, where Mommy and Daddy got married 6 years ago. Godmother Lindsey and Godfather Chris were there in support of Cal  - and they both did a great job. It was a lovely day and I enjoyed having everyone over our house after to celebrate. Thank you to our friends and family for joining in the celebration!  A big thanks to my brother in law, Joey for taking all these awesome pics! Great job, Joe!!
